On October 7, 2015 the annual CSR Conference and Awards will take place in Vejle,Denmark. This year, the theme is: “How can business drive sustainable growth?” The gathering explores corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and how can companies handle challenges, as the need for sustainable solutions is increasingly present. William McDonough will be one of the keynote speakers. Other speakers include:

CSR is a non-profit foundation that aims to create awareness and debate about various companies’ sustainability efforts and social responsibility. Participants will attend panel discussions and listen to presentations for key industry leaders. Participants will also have the opportunity to attend mini-conferences, where a company will present tools and best practices within CSR.
Following the conference, an award ceremony will be held honoring those companies who have achieved exceptional results through their CSR initiatives. Awards to be distributed include:
